Rules and additional information.
- The private room is located on the 1st floor of our park: the room is intended for one party only. Please note that if the private room is booked, free visits are not allowed.
- For birthday preparations, we expect you to arrive 10 minutes before the party starts and to plan your departure according to the exact end time of the birthday party. Including preparation and departure time, you have 3 hours and 10 minutes at your disposal.
– For every exceeded 10 minutes, an additional €20 must be paid.
– For exceeded time, an extra fee must be paid and, if possible, the time can be extended (30 min = €40). - The private room meets all requirements and is comfortable and cosy. The room has a large kitchenette with everything needed for a birthday party: microwave, spacious fridge, kettle, various dishes, juice jugs, knives, cake servers.
- Please bring your own disposable tableware.
- Birthday times can be booked through our online booking system, where you can see all available dates and times.
- At Smilepark playroom, birthdays can be organised every day. Bookings are available for the following time slots:
-> 10:00-13:00
-> 14:00-17:00
-> 18:00-21:00 - Late bookings are also available, for example, for adult parties

Please do not throw balls and soft cubes around; they must always be returned to the pool both during events and free visits.
- Being in the playroom is only allowed in socks.
- Parents are responsible for their own children.
- If a child damages or soils anything in the playroom, the parents are responsible for it.
- We ask that small children who may still have accidents wear a nappy; otherwise, the parent will be charged for dry cleaning.
- Face painting (aquagrim) is not allowed in our premises.
*If you wish to invite your own entertainer, an additional fee of 15 euros will be charged.
Booking and payment.
Note! Weekend rates apply on public holidays.
The booking fee is 50 EUR, which will be deducted from the total birthday cost. The remaining amount should be paid on-site in cash or by contactless card payment. In case of birthday cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be used within one year.
