What are the opening hours of 'SmilePark'?
Smile Park is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00, including weekends and holidays. However, opening hours may vary depending on the season and events – so please always check before visiting. From the free visit page or ask for information in the chat.
Can parents stay in the centre while children play?
Yes, our centre has comfortable seating areas and rooms where parents can relax and enjoy their time while children play.
Does 'SmilePark' organise birthday parties?

What are the ticket prices?
SmilePark playroom prices depend on the time slot and duration of the visit. The playroom is designed for children from birth (0+) and can accommodate up to 40 children. More information is available on our website.
Is it necessary to book a visit in advance?
Yes, booking is required for organising a birthday party. In this case, you can reserve a private room. If you want to visit the playroom without a prior booking, it is not necessary. However, please be sure to check our Instagram, where we post information about available visiting times.
